Taking care of our anxiety levels is more important today then any other time.
You may already know that by having a higher level than normal of anxiety decreases our immune system and increases our susceptibility to health issues from the very common problems all the way up to serious infections.
Our bodies use two protection systems - the Immune system for our insides and the adrenal system also called Fight or flight for outside threats.
The adrenal system is what the body uses to take vital energy and blood supply from the rest of the body to the heart, lungs, arms and legs to either fight or run from danger.
The adrenal system is also what kicks in when we are Anxious.
We perceive a threat and our bodies cant tell the difference between being attacked by a Wild Animal and the anxiety of something like getting on a plane, facing a day at work or something similar.
The problem is that long periods of Anxiety can take energy and blood-flow away from the immune system when it needs it most.
Fighting anxiety is as important as physical health as they go hand in hand.
How does it work?
Hypnotherapy guides your conscious mind to stop momentarily, just like when you zone out whilst driving or reading but still obtain control.
Whilst in this state our subconscious mind is literally ready for new positive suggestions.
A ‘hypnotic induction’ is the name of this process.
Your Anxiety Audio uses the same language and information that you would expect to hear during an actual hypnotherapy session but for a fraction of the price and of course to be listened to as often as you like, where ever you like.
The audio is 16 minutes long.
It begins with a brief simple explanation of how hypnosis works and then continues into an induction (hypnosis process), then Anxiety reducing guidance is given whilst you use your imagination to its fullest.
There is then a wake up process at the end of the audio where you are directed out of the hypnotic state and then open your eyes feeling fresh and reenergised with reduced Anxiety.
Directions of use
1. Do not exercise before
2. Do not drink coffee for up to 3 hours before using.
3. Use the toilet before using.
4. Find a time when you not be disturbed.
5. Turn any devices that could distract you off.
6. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
7. Sit upright in a comfortable chair with you 2 feet flat on the floor.
8. Hydrate yourself before use.
9. We recommend you listen every day for a minimum of 7 days.
